If claims are declined, incomplete, or insurance portals are unavailable due to maintenance, payment is required at the time of service. Receipts are emailed for self-submission and/or records.
A valid credit card is required to book all appointments. Cards on file are not charged unless there is a missed appointment, late cancellation, or you request payment to be processed automatically.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any changes or cancellations.
